Terms of Service

1. The deal
By creating a DealKillr account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Do not share logins. One human per account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use DealKillr to send spam, harass anyone, scrape third-party sites at scale, violate applicable laws, or try to break or probe the service. If you send email through DealKillr, you are responsible for complying with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and every other law that applies to you and your recipients.
4. Your data is yours
You own the CRM data you put into DealKillr. We only process it to operate the service on your behalf. You can export or delete it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.
5. Beta service
DealKillr is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We recommend you keep independent backups of anything mission-critical until the service exits beta.
6. Payment
DealKillr is offered on paid subscription plans after a 14-day free trial. Pricing and billing terms are shown before you are charged, and subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk.
8. No warranty
DealKillr is provided "as is". We do our best, but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
9. Changes
If these terms change materially we will update the date above and notify active accounts by email before the new terms take effect.
