1. What we collect
When you create a DealKillr account we collect your name, email address, and the contents of the CRM data you add (contacts, companies, deals, notes, tasks, invoices, and email activity). If you connect a Gmail or Outlook account, we also store OAuth tokens and copies of messages you sync to DealKillr, solely so the app can display them back to you.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to operate the service you signed up for: storing your CRM records, sending emails you compose, generating invoices and PDFs, and surfacing analytics inside your own workspace. We do not sell your data and we do not use the contents of your records to train AI models.
3. Third-party services
To run the product we rely on a small number of vendors: our hosting provider, a transactional email provider, Google (for Gmail sync if you opt in), and Microsoft (for Outlook sync if you opt in). Each of them only processes what is necessary to deliver the feature you enabled.
4. Data retention
Your data stays in DealKillr until you delete it or close your account. Deleted records are soft-deleted for 30 days in case you want to recover them, then permanently removed. If you close your account, we delete all of your data within 60 days.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at the database level. All traffic to DealKillr is served over HTTPS. No system is perfect — if we become aware of a breach that affects your data we will notify you.
6. Your rights
You can view, export, correct, or delete any record in your account at any time from inside the app. For anything the UI does not cover, email us at [email protected] and we will handle it.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and notify active accounts by email before the new terms take effect.
